  15. designed fighter planes for three wars, including the legendary
  16. Sopwith Camel, which shot down Germany's Red Baron in World War
  17. I; in King's Somborne, England. Sopwith began flying in 1910,
  18. but his influence on aviation continues today. Britain's Harrier
  19. jump jet and even Snoopy's doghouse Sopwith Camel owe their
  20. existence to him.
